An All-Inclusive 2-Day Transformative Retreat
Lake Austin Spa Resort
January 24–25, 2026 | Austin, Texas
Join me and an extraordinary group of growth-oriented, huge-hearted, authentic humans for an experience that will fundamentally shift how you see yourself and what's possible for your life.
What’s your intention for 2026 (and beyond)?
This is the experience where we answer that question – and it shifts everything.
This retreat is for anyone who knows that they’re capable of more, that they deserve more, and they’re tired of the “same old, same old.”
Are you *actually* thriving? Or, most days, are you “just getting through it”?
Do you end every day exhausted, with no energy (or time) left to build an intentional connection with those you love? Or to do the things that you know bring you joy and fulfillment?
Are you clear on how you’re going to make 2026 the Best Year of Your Life?
Here’s what I know: You can't just run from something. You have to run to something.
It took me nearly 12 years to figure this out. 12 years of searching, of exploring, of getting closer – but not close enough.
What finally changed? I created my own Living Vision.
I got honest and reconnected with my heart. What matters most to me? What are my passions? What am I good at? How can I align them to create an incredible life?
And then something even more profound happened – I realized that the only thing stopping me from achieving this Vision was ME. I saw clearly that if I aligned my actions with my heart, I could create whatever I wanted in my life.
The greatest journey always begins with a vision. Without it, none of what you want to create is possible. And science backs this up: when you give your brain a clear image of the future life you desire—when you show it where you're trying to go—it will find all the ways to get you there. We will explore the neuroscience behind this fact and harness your own personal power to create the most compelling life imaginable.
This is what the Best Year Ever 2026 Retreat is all about.
This isn’t a vague New Year's resolution that you stop pursuing in a month. This is a clear, actionable vision that propels you forward into your very best life.
So what are you running to? If you can’t see it clearly, you’re not ready to move yet.
But if you can create that vision, everything changes. Your brain locks onto it. Your energy shifts. Opportunities appear. The path forward becomes visible.
That's not magic. That's alignment.
That's what happens when you finally give yourself something worth running toward.

Intention Incorporated
After graduating from Harvard University in 1996, I worked in multiple Fortune 500 companies, several small start-up ventures, and midsize companies in between. I've chased success across industries and roles. Sometimes I caught it. Sometimes it crushed me. With a variety of roles and jobs in a variety of industries, I’ve experienced big success – and big failure. I’ve endured exhilarating highs and devastating heartbreak. I’ve lived all over the US – Boston, Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Austin. I’ve learned from it all. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation and perspective on life, location, work, people, community and motivation that I believe is a tremendous asset in this work. Among the lessons I’ve learned: respect, inclusivity, connection, compassion, community, hope – and the importance of failure and adversity as the most profound learning opportunities.
