Kurt’s Experience

My journey has been anything but typical—and I've learned from every part of it.

Intention

After graduating from Harvard University in 1996, I worked in multiple Fortune 500 companies, several small start-up ventures, and midsize companies in between. With a variety of roles and jobs in a variety of industries, I’ve experienced big success – and big failure.  I’ve endured exhilarating highs and devastating heartbreak. I’ve lived all over the US – Boston, Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Austin. I’ve learned from it all. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation and perspective on life, location, work, people, community and motivation that I believe is a tremendous asset in this work. Among the lessons I’ve learned: respect, inclusivity, connection, compassion, community, hope – and the importance of failure and adversity as the most profound learning opportunities.

Here's what I know: Adversity isn't the enemy. It's the teacher. Failure isn't something to avoid—it's the most profound opportunity for growth we have.

I bring all of this to my work with clients. Not theory. Experience. And what drives me most is helping people discover what I learned the hard way: that respect, connection, compassion, community, and independence aren't just nice ideas—they're the foundation of a life that actually matters.

What I Believe

There’s Greatness in All of Us

We exist in this place and time to trust and honor our personal Light. This is our purpose -- and when we are aligned with it, we tap into unlimited energy and potential.

You Can Have It All

A loving family, trusting partnership, financial success, purposeful work, vibrant health, and supportive community. Not someday. Now.

Heart Over Head

Knowledge matters. But true alignment happens in the heart, not the mind.

Clarity is Key

If you don't know where you're going, you'll never get there. Period.

The Game is Mindset

Get clear on your Living Vision and align your mindset? You become unstoppable. It's that simple.

Connection is Power

We're wired for connection—to ourselves, each other, and nature. A supportive community isn't nice to have. It's the most powerful engine for transformation that exists.

All of Life is Learning

As an only child, I learned the power of solitude—introspection, silence, self-reliance. I've spent decades examining my experiences and doing this inner work myself. I don't just teach this. I live it.
