Kurt’s Experience

I’ve learned from every part of my life – and my journey has been anything but typical.

After graduating from Harvard University in 1995, I worked in multiple Fortune 500 companies, several small start-up ventures, and midsize companies in-between. I’ve had a variety of roles and jobs in a variety of industries. I’ve experienced big success, and big failure.  I’ve endured the greatest heartbreaks and the most euphoric highs. I’ve learned from it all. And I’ve lived all over the US – including Boston, Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and Austin. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation and perspective on life, location, work, people, community and motivation that I believe is a tremendous asset in this work. Among the lessons I’ve learned: respect, inclusivity, connection, compassion, adversity, community, hope, independence, and the importance of failure and challenge as the most profound learning opportunities.

What I Believe

There is Greatness in All of Us

We exist in this place and time to trust and honor our personal Light. This is our purpose -- and when we are aligned with it, we tap into unlimited energy and potential.

You *Can* Have It All

a loving family, trusting partnership, financial success, purposeful work, good health, and a supportive community.

EQ>IQ

Knowledge and continuous learning are essential to keeping the fire of passion and motivation alive. However, it is in the heart where true alignment and genuine commitment must take place for lasting fulfillment.

Clarity is Key

It may be a bit of a cliché, but the truth remains: if you don’t have a clear idea of where you’re going, you can never truly reach your destination.

Mindset Trumps Everything

When you have clarity on your Living Vision and have a mindset that is aligned, you become unstoppable. Truly there needs to be nothing else.

Connection + Community = Power

We are meant to be connected -- to ourselves, to one another, and to Nature. A supportive community and true connection with others is perhaps the most powerful engine for self-actualization that exists.

All of Life is “Training”

As an only child, I learned so much from simply being alone with my thoughts. Introspection, the value of silence, and self-reliance. I’ve lived my whole life looking deeply at, and learning from, my experiences. Most importantly, I’ve “eaten my own cooking” -- I have personally done all of this work myself and have decades of deep experience working on my own personal development.

It’s time to take that first step towards living life with Intention!

Let's get started!
